4-6 percent ST rates on local supplies replaced by single five percent rate: FBR |

The Chair-man of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Salman Siddiq, said on Monday that the 4-6 percent sales tax applicable on the local supplies of five export-oriented zero-rated sectors has been combined into a single rate of 5 percent, which would be notified before July 1, 2011. Full story
