FPCCI Regional Chairman Kh. Zarar Kaleem said that the industrial economy and production is most affected by energy crises. 2% of our GDP’s shortfall is due to energy crises. We appreciate the efforts of the government to resolve this electricity shortfall, but would like to stress the importance and priority of energy production further.

Shafqat Iqbal, CEO of Be Green Solar System Pvt Ltd, in his address to participants said that fortunately Pakistan is blessed with high radiation levels and receive sunlight for 14-16 hours which is highly favorable for installation of solar projects at a larger scale.
