Greetings from the Sheikhupura Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI)!

 

We are pleased to inform you that the Sheikhupura Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) is organizing a official trip to Dubai and Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah and visit Safari Park in UAE. It is the first occasion that SCCI has taken this initiative to attract the Members towards the international journey for seeking experience in foreign countries. The tentative dates of the trip would be from 1st March to 15th March, 2015. The arrangements will be made for the stay of Members in Renowned Hotel of Dubai and Saudi Arabia. 

 

Participation fee Rs. 15, 000 to be deposit inform of pay order/demand draft favoring of “Sheikhupura Chamber of Commerce & Industry”. 

 

Please submit the following documents along with application form:-

 

1. Last date for receipt of application is 20th February, 2015. (Application Form Enclosed). Applications received after the expiry of the Last Date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. 

2. Membership certificate of the Chamber and NTN Certificate, company brochure or profile to be attached with application form.

3. SCCI is organizing this trip on self-finance basis. Hence all expenses on account of Air Ticket, travel in foreign countries, Accommodation, other Miscellaneous Expenses and Visa Fee will be borne by the participants themselves individually or collectively.

4. Once the ion is made the entire amount of participation fee will become nonrefundable under all circumstances.

5. In case participation is withdrawn by the applicant before the ion all amount will be refunded.

6. In case of rejection of Visa by the Embassy/Consulate General, SCCI will not be responsible. However Rs. 5000/- will be charged as processing fees.

7. SCCI however, reserves the right to reject any company.

 

Visa Requirements:

 

a. Fully filled visa application form of concerned country. 

b. Submit five recent color photos taken within 6 months, 

c. Original passport with the validity of more than 6 month and photocopies of the first 2 pages (personal information) of your passport and recent visa if any.

d. Bank statement ( personal or company)

e. Your round trip air tickets and hotel booking.
