Greetings from the Sheikhupura Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI), Pakistan!

 

We have been informed by the Consul General, Consulate General of Sri Lanka, Karachi, Pakistan that the 7th Sri Lanka Footwear & Leather fair will be held from 6th to 8th February, 2015 at the BMICH, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

 

The Fair which will be of International standard consist of approximately 230 trade stalls to display footwear, leather products and travel goods. Foreign suppliers of raw material, components and machinery are also invited to participate at this exhibition. An exclusive fashion show will be held as a special event.

 

Footwear and Leather products made in Sri Lanka are supplied to well known international brands, such as Marks & Spencer, Bata France, Play Boy, Laurel and Clarks. There are around 30 manufacturing plants in Sri Lanka catering to the export market. 

 

This exhibition is organized by the Sri Lanka Export Development Board (SLEDB) in association with the Ministry of Industry & Commerce, Industrial Development Board and the Sri Lanka Footwear & Leather Product Manufacturers Association with the objective of attracting foreign buyers to source from Sri Lanka.

 

Organizers will offer free accommodation for three nights on bed and breakfast basis for foreign delegations of buyers. Interested members may contact the organizer on the below address for further assistance.
