In order to promote bilateral trade & economic relations and explore new avenues for Joint Ventures opportunities, SCCI is planning to send a Trade Delegation to India from 4-8 December, 2014. 

 

Those members who are interested to join the trade delegation are requested to submit the enclosed form under the covering letter of their company along-with the following documents/information by 10th November, 2014.

 

1- Personal and Company profiles.

2- Personal and Company Bank Statement (one year).

3- Passport copies of the applicant.

4- Copy of Chamber Certificate/ Trade Association.

5- Copy of NTN certificate.

6- Four color photographs

7- Export performance certificate.

8- Business Interest.

9- Copy of NADRA Card along with its English translation

10-  Letter from the company/firm in Pakistan giving details of the applicant, his/her designation and the purpose of visit

11-  Copy of any utility bill, such as electricity bill/ gas bill/ landline telephone bill (any one as address proof) 

12- Copy of Income Tax return/audited accounts/bank statement of the last two years to demonstrate gross annual sales/turnover of more than PKR 30,00,000 or  applicant’s annual individual salary as more than PKR 5,00,000.

13-   Participation fee is Rs. 5,000/- to be paid through a pay order in the name of “Sheikhupura Chamber of Commerce & Industry”. It is to be noted that after ion if application is withdrawn then participation will be non-refundable.

 

The visit will be on self-finance basis all expenses on account of air-tickets, travelling and hoteling will be borne by the delegates themselves. The applicant must have previously travelled to Europe or USA or Canada or Australia or Japan or Korea.

 

Itinerary and hotel information will be intimated to members on receipt of their interest. FPCCI reserves the rights to reject any application or ask any further document(s) or amend the terms and conditions for participation.
