Honorable Pervaiz Khattak
Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
C. M. Secretariat, Peshawar

Subject:    Theft of Vehicles from Punjab

Dear Sir,
Please accept our heartiest good wishes for your success as Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).

The Executive Committee of Sheikhupura Chambers of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) have shown their concern over the increasing activities of theft of cars, kidnaping of businessmen and children against ransom in Punjab with the connivance of criminals in KPK & Punjab. Who are doing this nasty business from the last many years. The vehicles stolen from Punjab and other Provinces were shifted to KPK and the tribal areas for final disposal against heavy financial cost.

We pay our highest tribute to you and the leadership of Tehreek-e-Insaaf as you have done marvelous job for the uplift, promotion and development of KPK Province. The reforms in Police department and Land record is praise worthy as you have given confidence to the citizens against the atrocity of Police and Land Mafia in KPK. Citizens of KPK approach the Police Station for the registration of FIR.

On this occasion we suggest the following points to be considered by the KPK Government for the eradication of all type of crimes:-

1. A new website should be launched by KPK Government and Government of other Provinces which should place all the necessary particulars of stolen cars and vehicles on the launched websites. The FIR should be sent to KPK Government promptly by the other Provincial Governments.
2. A special helpline desk also be establish in the different cities of KPK with certain landline and cell phone numbers with honest staff so that people from other Provinces could contact them for information of stolen or snatched vehicles on gun point etc.
3. Exchange of criminal information should also be shared with the Police Department of other Provinces so that criminals could be dealt with iron hands to control the crime effectively.

We hope you will consider our suggestions in the best interest of the Nation and country as economic activities and industrial investment follow those areas where law and order situation is considered exemplary. Your prompt action in this regard will highly be appreciated.

Assuring you of our best services,

Best Regards,
