No payment, no refund system: Motiwala suggests policy for exports

Former President Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Zubair Motiwala suggests the government to adopt a policy where exports get "no payment no refund" system. He said due to Afghan Transit Trade (ATT) huge amount of fabric is coming to Pakistan through Afghanistan which cannot be controlled by the armed forces.
