Terms and Conditions for participation:

1.       The Participation Fee of FPCCI is to be deposited in advance in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft favoring “Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry” (Cash and Cheque not acceptable).In case participation is withdrawn by the applicant before the ion Rs 10,000/- will be deducted from participation fee as processing charges.

2.       Membership certificate of the concerned Chamber/Trade Association and NTN Certificate, company brochure or profile to be attached with application form.

3.       FPCCI is organizing Pakistan’s participation on self-finance basis. Hence all expenses on account of Stall Charges, Decoration, Shipment, Freight, Clearing & Forwarding, Accommodation, other Miscellaneous Expenses and Visa Fee will be borne by the participants themselves individually or collectively.

4.       Once the ion is made the entire amount of participation fee and stall charges will become nonrefundable under all circumstances.

5.       FPCCI will issue Visa Recommendation letter for only two (2) representatives of each company for a minimum space of 9 Square Meters. The FPCCI will not be responsible in case of rejection of Visa by the concerned Embassy/Consulate General.

6.       ion will be made strictly on merit. Priority will be given to non-traditional items. However, FPCCI reserves the right to reject any company.

 

The application form should be accompanied with all necessary documents complying with the above terms and conditions.
