Ø     Led the delegation as a Chairman National council of the Public Safety &       Police Complaints commissions Pakistan to the meetings of National Reconstruction Bureau, Interior Ministry and Law Ministry regarding the implementation of Police Reforms.

Ø     Led the delegation as a Chairman National Council of the Public safety & Police Complaints Commission Pakistan to the meetings of Asian Development Bank regarding the implementation of the Police Reforms and Devolution Plan in Pakistan.

Ø     Drafted and submitted the "Model Rules of Business" of all the public Safety & Police Complaints Commissions of Pakistan established under Police Order 2002 to the National Reconstruction Bureau, to the Provincial Police Officers, to the Provincial Home Secretaries regarding the success and implementation of the Police Reforms. 

Ø     Briefed various times to the representatives of the different foreign embassies at the embassy of United Kingdom and Netherland on new reforms introduced by the President of Pakistan.

Ø     Led the delegation to the offices of Yolk Shire Police and Manchester Police of United Kingdom for mutual co-operation & experience regarding new laws related to law and order.
