We are the enterprise SC RIMS Production and Constructions.

 

We are interested in collaborating with you in order to start an affair. If you can get us in contact with somebody, our proposition would be the following:

 

 

We have bought a zoo-technical farm to raise cows for milk and meat and stall-fed calves.

 

This farm is an old propriety of the Romanian state. It has an available surface of 50000 m² and a covered surface of 20000 m².

 

There are paved roads, free potable water from wells dug at deep

profundity (100m) and water storage of 1000000 liters. The second source of water comes from the National Water Association.

 

The farm is situated 24 km distance from the International Airport Cluj-Napoca which has flights to the big capitals of Europe: Paris, London, Vienna, Prague, Munchen, Rome, Madrid, Budapest.

 

There is possibility to develop all the agricultural activities, zoo technical and industrial ones, to raise cows, calves, pigs, rabbits, horses etc.

 

The surface between 100-200 hectares is available for agricultural terrain or pasture. This surface can broaden up to 1000 hectares.

 

There is a project of restoration in the rural environment and the European Community offers financing nonrefundable up to 80% percent, and funds given by the Romanian government.

 

On the covered surface of 20000 m², there is an approved project of roof with photovoltaic panels. The network of high voltage and the transformer are on our property.

 

This thing allows us to sell the green photovoltaic energy and we will have a good profit from this investment.

 

We are interested to develop a business together through a collaboration or farm rent or farm sale.

 

All the products which would be obtained can be exported in entire world or sold in the local market.

 

                We would like if you can to bring us in contact with

entrepreneurs from your country, interested in developing

this business, entrepreneurs interested in renting the

propriety or entrepreneurs who want to buy the farm.
